We are looking for Application Configuration Developers (ACD) to help us deliver high-quality solutions that meet real customer needs, while preserving product standards and scalability.
In this role, you will configure, customize, and extend applications built on Vision App Maker, our low-code BPM platform, translating business requirements into functional, scalable digital solutions using visual tools, JavaScript, CSS, workflows and data models.
As an Application Configuration Developer, you will be a key member of the Delivery team, responsible for implementing, configuring, and extending our solutions in customer environments. You will work closely with Solution Delivery Consultants (SDCs), Business Analysts (BAs), Test Engineers (TEs), Solution Architects (SAs), and Product Owners (POs) to ensure that what we deliver is robust, repeatable, and aligned with both business requirements and product strategy.

- Configure and customize solutions based on finalized specifications
- Translate business requirements and process models into application configuration
- Collaborate with BA, SDC, SA, and TE to ensure coherent solution design and execution
- Validate configuration with technical documentation and solution criteria
- Execute functional and integration-level configuration tasks
- Support UAT, defect resolution, and stabilization activities
- Contribute to reusable configuration patterns and product feedback loops
- Respect standards for solution implementation and maintainability
- Solid experience with web technologies and enterprise development basics, including SQL/database concepts, web programming (HTML/JavaScript), CSS styling, and the ability to understand and extend configuration through scripts, integrations, and data mod
- Proven ability to translate business workflows into BPM application configurations (forms, rules, processes, role-based logic).
- Ability to work with structured requirement artefacts (BRD, user stories, acceptance criteria)
- Experience in functional testing and support of configuration changes
- Works well with cross-functional delivery teams
- Communicates clearly with both technical and business stakeholders
- Takes ownership of deliverables and contributes to team success
- Solid understanding of integration fundamentals (API, environments, deployments)
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Business Analysts, Application Developers, Testers, DevOps and Development teams
