We are looking for a results-driven Software Business Analyst to join the Vision Delivery Team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, designing, validating, and documenting customer requirements, as well as evaluating system capabilities. You will act as a key intermediary between business stakeholders, end-users, and software development teams, ensuring that business needs are accurately translated into functional and effective software solutions.
You will collaborate closely with customers, managers, and technical teams, contributing to the successful delivery of high-quality digital solutions that improve performance, usability, and overall customer experience.

- Designing and producing detailed business analysis documentation
- Identifying business problems, opportunities, and proposing effective solutions
- Collaborating with customers and managers to document and model business processes
- Defining and maintaining functional system requirements to improve performance, quality, external interfaces, and constraints
- Analyzing and validating derived requirements to ensure alignment with customer needs
- Documenting use cases, functional requirements, UAT scenarios, and other relevant artifacts
- Providing ongoing assistance, on-site training, and support to customers, identifying knowledge gaps and proposing appropriate solutions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Well-developed analytical and critical thinking abilities
- Good organizational skills and a strong attention to detail
- Ability to understand and document business processes and translate them into clear functional requirements
- Basic knowledge of user experience (UX) design concepts and principles
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to changing requirements
