We are looking for ambitious and analytically minded Application Configuration Developers who combine technical skills with a strong understanding of business processes.
In this role, you will configure, customize, and extend applications built on Vision App Maker, our low-code BPM platform, translating business requirements into functional, scalable digital solutions using visual tools, JavaScript, CSS, workflows and data models.
You will work both independently and as part of cross-functional teams, collaborating with business stakeholders and developers to deliver enterprise-grade applications that automate and optimize complex operational processes.

- Developing new features for our solutions using Vision App Maker platform
- Modeling our customers business processes into state-of-the-art automated workflows
- Implementing easy to use, modern and ergonomic User Interfaces
- Working with Product Manager to enhance Vision Solution functionality
- Working knowledge of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript, with the ability to customize user interfaces and client-side behavior within a low-code environment
- Foundational understanding of programming concepts and principles, such as variables, control flow, functions, events, and basic debugging, enabling effective configuration and extension of application logic
- Basic experience with relational databases, particularly SQL Server, including data modeling concepts, writing simple queries, and understanding how data is used within business applications
- Familiarity with translating business requirements into application configurations, forms, workflows, and validation rules
- Ability to work with visual configuration tools and understand how front-end, logic, and data layers interact in enterprise applications
